Equipment
Furnishing styles of the renting objects vary depending on the owner's taste.
Completely equipped kitchen or kitchenette with gas or electric cooker, refrigerator, bath or shower, WC,
terrace with furniture, parking area, 220 V alternating current.
Included in the rent
Electricity, gas and water.
To bring along
All linen. Bed linen and towels can
be rented. (Please pre-order!)
Terms of payment
Only after receipt of the pre-payment the reservation is firm.
To pay here
Remaining amount and bail (at the date of
arrival in cash or by bank transfer before arrival).
Cancellations
Following cancellation fees (per total rent) will be charged:
Until 60 days before arrival: 10%
Between 59 and 30 days: 25%
Between 29 and 7 days: 75%
Less then 7 days: 100%
If desired
Heating, setting bed or cradle (against fee). Each housing unit can be occupied with a
person more (setting bed or sleep couch).
Domestic animals
Always allowed (surcharge).
Renting objects with private pool
Swimming pool use takes place expressly on own danger.
Check in/check out
The check in should take place between 16 and 20 hours and the check
out before 10 o'clock.
At a late arrival between 20 and 24 hours,
which must be
reported by telephone,
has an overtime charge.
